How to register:

•  Students register online for all tutoring and music lesson. Please fill in the form under “Request a Tutor” section.  We'll contact you by email / by phone, please allow us to contact you in 1-3 days to reply as school year is a busy season.

Trial Lessons:

• New students begin with a 4-lesson first month. While we do not offer free trial lessons, this initial month serves as a trial period for students to determine whether their tutor is the right fit. If the match is not ideal, we are happy to arrange another tutor right away—no one-week notice required.

Tuition Fee

• Payment for four or five sessions must be made upfront at the beginning of each month.

• For new enrolments that begin mid-month, an upfront payment will be required based on the number of remaining sessions in that month.

Missed or Cancelled Lessons

• All students are fully responsible to attend and be punctual for lessons.

• Lessons may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and a make-up session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for both tutor and student.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. The full fee also applies in cases of no-shows, arriving late, or forgetting a scheduled lesson

• Students must provide at least one week’s notice when requesting a tutor change, which is subject to the availability of other tutors.

• Students are entitled to up to two make-up lessons per month as long as sufficient notice is received (including sickness). Any additional make-up lessons are at the discretion of the tutor.

• The company will not issue a make-up lesson for a missed Semi-Private session.

• Lessons missed due to teacher illness or unavailable will be made up at the mutual convenience of tutor and student.

Make-up lessons

• The teacher will provide two possible times for make-up class. If the student cannot attend either of these options, the missed lesson cannot be made up further and lesson will be forfeited.

• The teacher will contact the student to schedule a make-up private lesson. If the parent/student does not respond after two attempts in 48 hours, the lesson will be considered forfeited.

• If a make-up class is missed, it cannot be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued.

• Make-up lessons are not available for missed Semi-Private Classes.

Termination

• Should a student wish to withdraw, one week notice is required.

• If Students decide to discontinue immediately, one session payment is required. The balance of tuition of the month will be refunded.

Tournament and Competition:

• Students may choose to participate in debate tournaments or music competitions. All related fees are the responsibility of the student.

Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfers

• All requests for refunds, withdrawals, or transfers must be submitted by a parent via email.

• Payments are non-refundable for completed lessons.

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled according to the teacher’s availability; missed make-up lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• There is no refund for missed lessons without prior notice.

• Students may request a withdrawal, which must be submitted in writing by a parent with prior notice.

• Refunds for unused sessions may be considered at Piannova Mind & Music’s discretion.

• Requests to transfer of tutor/teacher are subject to availability.​

Loyalty and Communication Policy

• Customers should not arrange or request private tutoring with Piannova tutors outside of the company. All referrals, scheduling, and communication must be handled through the Piannova operation team

• If a tutor offers lessons independently, customers should decline and inform it to the Piannova . Likewise, if a customer wishes to resume tutoring with a previous tutor, arrangements should be made directly through Piannova.

Rate

• Prices are subject to change at the beginning of a new academic year.  Any changes will be communicated to families in advance.

• Piannova Mind & Music does not offer sibling discounts. The price policy is non-negotiable
